Dear Executives and Business Owners,

Every executive and business owner wants every employee to accept and be excited about their company leadership. Every employee will arrive at a crucial point, wondering if there is a future for themselves at your company. Employees always ask themselves if they are receiving the right amount of help, guidance and knowledge to do their job successfully. An employee must feel the company is investing in their personal growth so the employee will advance and have a great future with the company.

There must be a clear vision and expectations placed on each individual for their success with your company.  The company must invest money and time in their team. An executive or business owner must teach their employees to win. 70% of the employees feel more value when they are given the opportunity to learn how to set business and personal goals and learn to create mental toughness concerning their work. It is very easy for the company executives and business owners to forget or ignore, to engage in personal growth for their employees.

If you want your employees to step up, on their job, it is simply done through teaching business and personal goals along with mental toughness. You must show and prove to your employees you care about their personal success. The best way to do this is by teaching and investing in your employee’s goals and in return you will enjoy more success for your company.

Here at the Above Average Group, we have taught thousands of people how to set and accomplish business goals to achieve personal goals along with mental toughness, to hang in there to succeed. What is most important for the company executives or business owners is to show your employees you care. This is done by offering your employees their own course on goal setting and mental toughness taught by your company or by an AAG Life Coach. These two courses teach employees personal development to achieve more on the job.

Words and Phrases Not to Use

There are certain things people should never say. There are certain words and phrases that change the way other people will see you and judge you. Certain words and phrases can easily stop you from success and give other people a negative opinion and feelings about you.

The number one phrase is: “It is not fair.” Everyone knows that life is
not fair. Saying; It’s not fair, suggest that you think life is supposed
           to be fair.

The number two phrase is: “I will try.”  This sounds like you lack confidence in your ability.

The number three phrase is: “I can’t.”  People think when you say, “I can’t”, that you are not              willing to try or not willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

With many things we choose to do, it is very visible that some people are unable to change their bad habits. Without change, there is no growth. People use the phrases, listed above, their entire life and fail because they choose not to change.

Do you know anyone who lacks concernment and is unable to sort through what’s important and what is insignificant? They are overloaded with the information and short on insights. These people always use these three phrases listed above.

Some people may have the opportunity to improve their lives and move forward to only get stuck on thinking the opportunity is complicated. This kind of thinking only brings failure and the person goes back to saying these three phrases listed above.

Change is necessary for success. Learn not to use these three phrases in your life and you will see an enormous improvement in your success.

What is Procrastination?

·         Have you heard of the word procrastination?
·         Do you know people who avoid fear of failure or even fear of success?
·         Do you know people who won’t move forward in their business and personal life because they are always more concerned about what others think of them? They would rather have people think they lack effort than ability.

Maybe you know people who are always finding distractions in their lives and never make a serious commitment.

·         Could you possibly be a procrastinator?
·         Do you have problems making choices to move forward?

The above questions, answer the definition of procrastination or procrastinators. Most people slack off or procrastinate due to lack of motivation. People create negative emotions and hinder themselves from taking action. People need to create an emotional desire to accomplish any goal they set or should have set. Negative thinking and negative thoughts about yourself will stop any emotional desire. Your emotional inspiration generates motivation. Inspiration creates motivation and motivation creates action.

You must apply The “Do Something Principal”.   Once you succeed at something little in business or in life, you begin to feel inspired and generate motivation which creates more action.

4.  Could you apply the “Do Something  Principle” to your work?    Yes or No
